1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Signal Labs website or SignalOS platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services.
2. Description of Services
Signal Labs, Inc. provides an institutional attention infrastructure platform (“SignalOS”) designed to help organizations detect, coordinate, and act on signals across their operations. Access to SignalOS is granted on an invitation or agreement basis. Features and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
If you are provided access credentials to the Services, you are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@signallabs.ai
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property on the Services are owned by or licensed to Signal Labs, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent. “SignalOS™” is a trademark of Signal Labs, Inc.
7. Confidentiality
Any non-public information about our platform, technology, roadmap, or pricing that you receive in connection with access to the Services is confidential. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL LABS, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal Labs, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
